Harvard Law School does not have a centralized office for event promotion. If you are looking to advertise an event to HLS students, see the options below. Please also review Harvard Law School’s Covid-19 policies and protocols for the most up-to-date information about visiting campus.

Office of Career Services (OCS)

OCS can assist with promoting firm receptions for students. Email OCS at with the details of your event. Promotion may include:

  • post in the events section of CSM
  • weekly email to students
  • inclusion in the HLS Events Calendar (winter/local receptions only)

Events planned/co-sponsored with student organizations will be promoted by the student groups.

HL Central

HL Central is an organization run by HLS students that plans many social, cultural and philanthropic events throughout the school year. For a sponsorship fee, the group can promote and publicize firm events and facilitate connections with HLS students and student organizations. Sponsorship levels and fees vary. For more information, contact HL Central directly at

Student Organizations

HLS student organizations are very active on campus and regularly host events for their members. If you would like to advertise to a specific group of students, you are encouraged to contact student organizations directly and ask them to send the details of your event to their listserv(s). Some groups have sponsorship fees. In addition, you can partner with student organizations and plan/co-host events on campus throughout the year.
